Bug#731591: ucf hangs if you open a shell then you choose to keep your current version of file

Well, I'll try to reproduce, actually I worked around the problem doing 
modification in a conf.d directory instead of on the file itself, so ucf 
shouldn't prompt me anymore during upgrade.
I'm however going to test manually as you did.
