What I'm particulary interested in is whether something like:

unusable_chars:[' ', '/', 'ą']
replacement_chars:['_', '_', 'a' ]

and:

unusable_chars:[' ', '/', 'a']
replacement_chars:['_', '_', 'ą' ] # just to test...

works in pl_PL with ISO Latin-2 (i.e., the actual character rather
than the byte code, but please test both).
