I use KDE with the russian localisation. I was configuring the side panel in Dolphin (the one that is shown by the F9 key). When I tried to drag and drop the "Trash" entry to place it below other entries, I noticed that its label changed from the russian "Корзина" to the english "Trash". Restarting Dolphin reverts the label back to russian.
