Hello, thanks for the bug and sorry for the delay in handling it, but there actually many commands that are broken when the patch name contains spaces. The things are slowly improving to that regard as it is now possible to have patch names containing columns and parenthesis as well as file names with spaces.
I'll try to fix soon the last part: spaces in patch names.
