We come closer.
So what's your settings for apt? Which sources you use?
What is apt telling about possible installation candidates?
Have you tried to minimize your sources.list to the standard lines for
jessie?

BTW: Start the command with 'LANG= ' so the output will be in the
default locale, that should be english.
