The problem with that is that the startcenter won't start
every program on the computer.  That's what the desktop's
menu is for.  So the desktop menu is the one place
"anybody" needs to start "any program" and that's where
users go to do so.  Installing all the libreoffice
components clutters the desktop's menu.
