Starting the calendarserver with the following command:
/etc/init.d/calendarserver start

ineffective)?
I just edited /etc/default/calendarserver in the way that calendarserver is
alowed to start
* What was the outcome of this action?
"An error has occurred: 'list index out of range'"
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I expected calendarserver to start.
