https://www.debian.org/mirror/ftpmirror#how .

  The  backup mirror maintainer  is Chen Qing , with email
chenqing...@foxmail.com, who is also work at Alibaba .

  mirrors.aliyun.com now has  10Gbps outlet bandwidth.
