please remove libnl from the archive. It is dead upstream and has been superseded by libnl-3 [0]. Almost all reverse dependencies have been updated [1]. The two remaining ones are lldpad and netsniff-ng. Both are already removed from testing. netsniff-ng has a fixed version in experimental. Imo this shouldn't block the removal of libnl. We shouldn't ship jessie with this library or provide it in unstable as it is no longer maintained.
