This bug is not completely fixed.  The old binaries for those other
architectures are still around, causing your package to not migrate to
testing. [0]

You need to file a bug against the "ftp.debian.org" package, choose
"ROM" and request the removal of the binaries for mips, mipsel, powerpc,
s390x.
