Control: found 645806 1:3.8.3-5

Hi all,
It seems the functionality to add folders has been deprecated. It's no
longer possible to add new directories in 1:3.8.3-5. The only way now
seems is to take an individual picture and set it as wallpaper for it
to be included in the Wallpapers or Pictures section.
Also there seems to be no idea how a picture is either relegated to
Wallpapers or the Pictures section. There is no documentation.
The man-page of the gnome-control-center has a single line on this point.

The background panel lets you set your desktop background.
Looking for the fix and more documentation as well.
