Dear Maintainer,

My card reader (Cyber ​​Jack eCom by the company ReinerSCT) no longer works
with HBCI Banking Software Hibiscus.

By installing the previous version 3.99.5final.SP03 the card reader worked
correctly again and Hibiscus has been detected. Here, the data of the card
