I cannot reproduce this with lintian 2.5.22.1, although I have seen this
with older versions of lintian. I get:
$ lintian -I --show-overrides clamav_0.98.1+dfsg-5.dsc
I: clamav source: unused-override source-is-missing unit_tests/encode.js.ref
Furthermore clamav is not present on [1] (not even as overridden), so I
think this bug can be closed and the override for source-is-missing can
be removed.
