I'm not sure this is the best way to do it.

That URL corresponds to one linked from the SCM tool 
(https://alioth.debian.org/scm/?group_id=NNNN), when following the "Browse git 
repository" link.

I think it may be better to list all repositories of a project in that "base" 
page of the SCM tool, instead.

In either case, this not really something related only to the Debian packaging, 
so I'll forward it in upstream bugtracker.
