Could you teach the name of theme and extension where trouble occurs?

It looks like þe Adblock exten&#383;ion is cau&#383;ing þe trouble:

When I in&#383;talled it, it cra&#383;hed on fla&#383;h &#383;ites. When I 
removed it, it did not cra&#383;h.
