Does this problem still occur with pulseaudio 5.0? If so, please attach the output from the following command (do this before seeing the problem(: pulsaudio -k ; pulseaudio -vvvv --log-target=file:/tmp/pa.log This makes the daemon log verbosely to /tmp/pa.log Also attach the output of `pacmd list-sources` both before and after the problem has been seen.
