Alas, i looked all over the LoTW website and did a web search, but failed
to find information on installing a new configuration file. Thanks,
Hamish, for taking care of that for Debian. I certainly didn't think to
look at ~/.tqsl/config.xml rather than /usr/share/tqsl/config.xml as the
place where this data was loaded from. No wonder i was confused.
Curiously enough, we can probably close this bug if the LoTW FAQ were
updated to include instructions on how to obtain a fresh 'config.tq6'
and then running tqslcert... *chuckle*
Also having brief README.Debian in '/usr/share/doc/trustedqsl' which
refers to the LoTW FAQ and touches on any local specifics might also
be helpful.
