It seems that tclx8.4 is failing to build now [1] that tcl8.4 is being removed from Debian. Unfortunately, tclx8.4 doesn't have a maintainer anymore and I don't have experience at all with tcl. Would you be willing to have a look at tclx8.4 and see if you can easily spot the issue and maybe propose a fix. Else, the emacspeak package might become collateral damage of the tcl8.4 removal.
