Hello! Current status of the packaging is:
I finally finished converting distkeys to be a non native package. I used git- buildpackage repo layout with upstream branch for upstream source and master branch for Debian packaging. Package is lintian clean, except for debian/watch file which I consider to be unnecessary in this case (we are upstream and packagers). I think it is ready for an initial review. I filed an ITP bug as well – waiting for bug number, but if filed with "Message with no Package: tag cannot be processed" while is has "Package: wnpp" as its first line. I try to get that resolved and post bug number then. Source, including packaging source, is also hosted with Github: https://github.com/teamix/distkeys For now I try to keep both repositories in sync, but I think I will switch VCS to Github prior to any release to Debian.
