Hi Michael, Thank you for your quick reply.
It was reasonable and easy to read. On 04/13/14 18:45, Michael Tokarev wrote: > [...] > So, have you found which version broke? Sorry, I have not. Unfortunately, I expect to be busy for at least a few days. I like your idea of specifying the command line that elicited the bug. It's $ /usr/bin/qemu -hda /<path>/<file>.raw -m 512 -localtime -no-acpi -cdrom /dev/cdrom I think the "-M" options I tried were isapc pc-i440fx-1.4 pc-i440fx-1.5 pc-i440fx-1.6 pc-i440fx-1.7 I expected pc-i440fx-1.6 would work because it was close to the version of qemu that did (1.6.0+dfsg-1+b1). Maybe somewhere between versions 1.6.0+dfsg-1+b1 and 1.7.0+dfsg-8 the new USB 3.0 code was accidentally added to pc-i440fx-1.6. I hope that helps, Kingsley -- Time is the fire in which we all burn. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
