Severity: minor

Dear Maintainer,

I set hot keys for moving body part of news up-down w/ arrow keys up-down
but instead i see moving in headers and not in the body. In the refernces
(i have rusian GUI, so may it is called other way in english) i chose
hot keys and then "news page up"/down.
