OK, it's done. The collab-maint stunnel Git repo now has my offering for a stunnel-5.01 package. And, for the record, I am aware of the Lintian warnings; the spelling ones I'll submit upstream so that they may be fixed in all the documentation (translations, other formats, etc), and the init script one is not really relevant since the stunnel4 init script does not use the LSB functions at all and does not invoke any other init scripts.
