Package: python-biopython Version: 1.59-1 Python setuptools cannot find the system installed version of biopython as there is no egg-info associated with the package.
I'd expect to see to see a dist-packages/Bio.egg-info file containing metadata. It could be argued that the issue here is with the somewhat crufty way that setuptools looks for modules.
