I'm doing some cleanup on the open bugs of the pcsc-cyberjack package. Based on the information above, it seems to me that this problem is rather in pcscd, so I'm reassigning this bug appropriately. However, given that it was filed in 2012, and no futher updates have been made, I wonder if this is still a problem and some recent update of pcsc-lite fixed it. I'm no longer using smartcards for online-banking, so I cannot test anymore. Sorry 'bout that.
