Package: autofs Version: 5.0.7-3 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I tried to setup a recursive autofs mount (image on cifs volume). According to https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=626473 this should work. auto.master: /vol/auto /etc/auto.volumes --timeout 60 --verbose --ghost auto-volumes: backup-server -fstype=cifs,iocharset=utf8, ... backup-volume -fstype=ext4,loop :/vol/auto/backup-server/backup.img # LANG=c ls -al /vol/auto/backup-volume/ ls: cannot access /vol/auto/backup-volume/: No such file or directory Logile: Apr 4 16:13:08 web automount[11937]: mounted indirect on /vol/auto with timeout 60, freq 15 seconds Apr 4 16:13:08 web automount[11937]: ghosting enabled Apr 4 16:13:24 web automount[11937]: attempting to mount entry /vol/auto/backup-volume Apr 4 16:13:24 web automount[11937]: >> /sbin/fsck.ext4: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden beim Versuch, /vol/auto/backup-server/backup.img zu öffnen Apr 4 16:13:24 web automount[11937]: >> Ist das Gerät möglicherweise nicht vorhanden? I did a backport from sid (5.0.8-1) to wheezy to verify if it works there. Same problem with this version. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.4 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages autofs depends on: ii libc6 2.13-38+deb7u1 ii libxml2 2.8.0+dfsg1-7+nmu2 ii multiarch-support 2.13-38+deb7u1 ii ucf 3.0025+nmu3 Versions of packages autofs recommends: ii kmod 9-3 ii module-init-tools 9-3 ii nfs-common 1:1.2.6-4 autofs suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
