I could have used this approach, but decided to rename to be able to install startpar also with the old version in case something with the split went wrong, to make it possible to downgrade sysvinit-utils if a problem was discovered. Would need a new startpar and sysvinit upload at the same time, to avoid problems with debootstrap, I believe. If you got time to do it, great.
