See https://www.debian.org/mirror/ftpmirror#wherefrom

ftp-master.debian.org is not publicly accessible (no more than with your
previous script)

You should use ftp.br.debian.org, ftp.cl.debian.org or ftp.mx.debian.org
instead.

If you intend to provide the mirror on the long term (several years) with all
archs and 24/7 reliability, see https://www.debian.org/mirror/official#criteria
