Package: ooniprobe
Version: 1.0.1-1
Severity: normal

When I install ooniprobe and run it I get these warnings. Installing
tcpdump and python-dumbnet silences the warnings. Should they be added
to the ooniprobe recommends/depends?

WARNING: Failed to execute tcpdump. Check it is installed and in the PATH
[!] pypcap or dnet not installed. Certain tests may not work.
