Hello and thanks for updating the package to a later upstream version.

However, I don't see any relevant change in the debian/copyright file:
http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg-phototools/openjpeg.git;a=blob;f=debian/copyright;h=662237d0ca9c6fa4077825af2830c71ee1efebaa;hb=14810cece5493a4d7ebe9fab1bcc591c0de4f83f

This version of the debian/copyright file still seems to declare that a
file is under the 4 clause BSD license, and it still uses the names
BSD-2 and BSD-4.

Moreover, the file under question still seems to have the OAC:
http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg-phototools/openjpeg.git;a=blob;f=applications/common/opj_getopt.c;h=252d83596ae6d7d1c51a382860acc2107e086c04;hb=14810cece5493a4d7ebe9fab1bcc591c0de4f83f

Please re-read my original bug report: why did you close it, if the
reported issue is not yet fixed?
