Package: libsyntax-highlight-engine-kate-perl Version: 0.08+dfsg-1 Severity: wishlist
Dear Maintainer, When build publican docs, I encountered the following error: undefined language: python at /usr/share/perl5/Syntax/Highlight/Engine/Kate.pm line 621. I checked Kate.pm, python support is included, but the first letter of the name is capitalized. When I changed "python" to "Python" in document xml file, building succeeded. It's clear the kate engine match programming language case-sensitively, upstream has a patch already: https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=84982 I've tested the patch, it works fine. Will it applied in the next update? -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.13-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=zh_CN.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libsyntax-highlight-engine-kate-perl depends on: ii perl 5.18.2-2+b1 libsyntax-highlight-engine-kate-perl recommends no packages. libsyntax-highlight-engine-kate-perl suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To be free as in freedom.
