Hello,
I want to let you know that after upgrading to the latest Chromium version: 33.0.1750.152 Debian jessie/sid (256984), this problem has gone away.
Thank you very much for your support.

Best wishes,
Mauro.

Thank you for your reply.

This happens to me both on my home and work computers.
One is using the Intel driver and the other the propietary Nvidia driver.

I tried disabling hardware acceleration in advanced settings to no effect.

Cheers,
Mauro.

This thing does not happen in e.g. Epiphany browser.
I wasn't able to reproduce this with chromium 32. It looks possibl5
like a video driver issue given that its in s3tc. Which driver are
you using?

Best wishes,
Mike
