Thank you for your bug report! I have had a look your patch and agree that the search is broken, due to the Google URL having changed... I have created a new bug for this. With regards to the new parameters I feel this would create too much of a divergence from upstream (which appears to be active on GitHub [0]), but I shall suggest the changes there.
