Michal, could you describe the solution you chose? I notice that the button now says 
"Apply" rather than save, which is good, but if there's a warning it's apparently 
missing. I do see "Your preferences will be saved for current session only. Storing them 
permanently requires phpMyAdmin configuration storage." but that seems to be different.
