Well, sure. And my point is certainly not having samba work properly
once a TDB file is brokan...but rather avoid leaving such broken TDB's
behind itself.

Especially those printer-related TDB's in the cache directory. As far
as I know, they include information about printing jobs or so. So,
they can nearly safely be deleted without losing (too much)
information, except maybe 1 or 2 printing jobs.

I would probably not be safe to have samba just remove such broken
TDB's (again, only speaking of these ones, not the most important
TDB's) but this is actually what works best when a printer suddeny
stops working.

Maybe it could be worth documenting it in the <jon hat on>wonderful
samba documentation</jon>.
