Package: gnocatan-meta-server
Version: 1

When testing upgrades of gnocatan-meta-server from sarge via etch to
sid, I get the following error:

2m32.8s ERROR: Package purging left files on system:
  /etc/init.d/gnocatan-meta-server
  /etc/rc0.d/K20gnocatan-meta-server
  /etc/rc1.d/K20gnocatan-meta-server
  /etc/rc2.d/S20gnocatan-meta-server
  /etc/rc3.d/S20gnocatan-meta-server
  /etc/rc4.d/S20gnocatan-meta-server
  /etc/rc5.d/S20gnocatan-meta-server
  /etc/rc6.d/K20gnocatan-meta-server

A guess: previous versions installed those symlinks (via update-rc.d),
and now this new version of the package doesn't have any maintainer
scripts. When the old version is installed, upgraded to the new version,
and the new version removed and purged, there is no longer any code to
remove the symlinks. If this is the case (and I admit to being too lazy
to check from the source), then the new dummy package needs a maintainer
script that removes the symlinks, presumably in the postinst.
