Package: wine32-unstable Version: 1.7.14-2 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
I get the following warning when running winecfg: "Wine could not find a Gecko package which is needed for applications embedding HTML to work correctly. Wine can automatically download and install it for you. Note: it is recommended to use your distribution's packages instead. See http://wiki.winehq.org/Gecko for details." The Gecko wiki page says wine looks for wine_gecko-2.24. However, dpkg -L on wine32-unstable shows that it installed wine_gecko-2.21 (note the older version). I confirmed via an strace that winecfg is indeed looking for the 2.24 version and can't find it. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.13-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages wine32-unstable depends on: ii libc6 2.18-4 ii libwine-gecko-2.21 2.21+dfsg1-1 ii libwine-unstable 1.7.14-2 ii x11-utils 7.7+1 wine32-unstable recommends no packages. wine32-unstable suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
