Package: aptitude
Version: 0.2.15.9-7
Severity: normal

If I forbid a broken version of a package (for instance, mime-codecs
7.19-7) in aptitude, leave aptitude, and then run aptitude again, the
F flag is gone (and the package gets upgraded to the broken version
unless I re-set the F flag).
