Upstream don't seem interested in wx 2.8 now that 3.0 is out (it's
not officially dead, but nobody who wants another 2.8 release seems
to be willing to put effort into making it happen).
You're welcome to NMU this patch if you think it is worth the effort,
but I'd suggest the time would be better spent on migrating audacity
to use wx 3.0 instead. We're hoping to remove wx 2.8 before jessie.
