the development of ocsync has moved [1] from an own repository [2] into the repository of owncloud-client [3]. So there will be no new version of ocsync and this packages can be removed. Python-owncloud depends on ocsync, but python-owncloud is broken in the moment (#733874 python-owncloud doesn't works with resent versions of libocsync >= 0.91.0). So please remove this package from Debian testing + unstable.
