Hi Manuel, since we uploaded seqan 1.4.x packages to Debian the packages bowtie and tophat failed to build while the build went fine with seqan 1.3. Since I personally have no idea how to fix this and neither bowtie nor tophat developers answered to our request I wonder whether some seqan developers who should know the API very good could possibly create a patch to get the two packages builded again. You can see the build failure log here:
bowtie: https://bugs.debian.org/733398 tophat: https://bugs.debian.org/733352 Please also let us know if you have no idea how to fix this. In this case we would use a last fallback and reinject a versioned seqan1.3 package in addition to the latest version of seqan. Any help would be really appreciated Andreas. -- http://fam-tille.de -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
