Package: shorewall
Version: 4.5.21.6-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
Switching init system to systemd (replaced sysvinit-core packge with
systemd-sysv), shorewall failed to start at boot time.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Boot up the system with shorewall installed and fully configured.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
Shorewall failed to initialize and configure netfilter and it exited
   with following error:

Feb 23 23:48:52 ERROR: Unable to detect the gateway through
   interface eth0
   Feb 23 23:48:52 ERROR:Shorewall start failed:Firewall
   state not changed

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Shorewall successfully initializes and configures netfilter.
