Package: tkdesk Version: 2.0-4 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
When upgrading from 2.0-2 to 2.0-4, the directory/files list becomes unusable. For example: 2.0-2 partial directory listing is correct and shows: lost+found media mnt old opt ... 2.0-4 partial directory listing is bogus and shows: lost+found %p(%s) media mnt old opt ... Highlighting the %p(%s) line shows it's the media directory. The blank line is actually the mnt directory. media refers to the old directory, mnt to opt. etc etc. The occurs with apx 1/6th of the files and directories in the directory tree. I've switched back to 2.0-2 and everything clears up. Reinstalled 2.0-4 and the problem is back. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.11 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Versions of packages tkdesk depends on: ii blt 2.4z-3 the BLT extension library for Tcl/ ii itcl3 3.2.1-3 [incr Tcl] OOP extension for Tcl - ii libc6 2.3.5-8 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libx11-6 6.8.2.dfsg.1-10 X Window System protocol client li ii tcl8.4 8.4.11-1 Tcl (the Tool Command Language) v8 ii tk8.4 8.4.11-1 Tk toolkit for Tcl and X11, v8.4 - ii xlibs 6.8.2.dfsg.1-10 X Window System client libraries m tkdesk recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
