I've not heard from Steve. Under the circumstances I think it would be entirely reasonable of me to call for votes at 18:30 UTC today as I originally said I would. However, I don't want to get into another process row. Also Russ and Colin do seem still to be working on final improvements to Russ's text. So, I'm going to wait another day. I will Call for Votes at 18:00 UTC tomorrow, Friday. I'm going to send another Draft CFV this evening at around the same time, including whatever amendments etc. have been put forward by then. In the meantime I'm generally transferring formal actions into the git repo so that I don't have to go through my mailbox again later looking for them. As I have previously said, there is nothing stopping anyone putting forward amendments right up to the Call for Votes. But I don't want to delay this CFV again.
