Nope - the transition isn't finished until libminiupnpc5 is no longer in testing. It's currently being kept there by transmission, which is in turn waiting for glib2.0.
I was going to re-open the bug, but hopefully both transmission and glib2.0 will transition in tonight's britney run, at which point the transition really will be done.
