Hmm, I think this has been fixed by: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.rt.user/11507 I'm afraid we're going to be moving on to 3.13 rather than updating 3.12 in sid, but I'll try building an update of 3.12-rt and if that works I'll upload it to people.debian.org.
