Now I know that this is configurable from horde version 3.0 and
later.

You can try horde3 available on debian.opal.dhs.org but I have
not had the time to prepare imp4 etc yet. There are some problems with
that because of the config file structure and how they are included.

Not trivial to move things to /etc.
