There's no details on how to reproduce it, e.g.,
a) from repainting due to exposure events
b) from resizing
c) from running some particular application
d) another problem with the X server (seems that most recent
issues reported by you in this area have been due to that)
(also, of course - some notion of the previous working version of xterm)
