which version of Icedove you talking about? Debian version 10.0.12-1 depends on libnss3-dev >= 3.13.1 http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg-mozilla/icedove.git;a=blob;f=debian/control;h=1aac11940f625464bb93c9e2603d7ad745d25ab8;hb=a749d77cb42bc82b04d9ddf5edae4a95befef189 For this old version we want make any other packages. For building a backport or stable-security we have to use the libnss3 Package inside the sources because the libnss3-dev package in wheezy is to old.
