Thanks for making this clear -- operating under §6.1.5 means that this doesn't conflict with §6.3.6 as it is not a decision. I remain unsure about how §6.3.5 should inform this process; there's a fuzzy line between 'advice' and 'design', and I just don't know where this particular text falls. I do like the sentiments expressed in the text though, and I hope we'll see broad consensus form around something akin to it. -- keith.pack...@intel.com
