Package: gdb Version: 7.6.2-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Every time any C program is run inside gdb the following error message is shown: warning: Could not load shared library symbols for linux-vdso.so.1. Do you need "set solib-search-path" or "set sysroot"? The program then proceeds to run normally until it finishes executing, then if it is started again the same warning is printed. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (400, 'testing'), (300, 'stable'), (200, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.12-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages gdb depends on: ii gdbserver 7.6.2-1 ii libc6 2.17-97 ii libexpat1 2.1.0-4 ii liblzma5 5.1.1alpha+20120614-2 ii libncurses5 5.9+20140118-1 ii libpython2.7 2.7.6-5 ii libreadline6 6.2+dfsg-0.1 ii libtinfo5 5.9+20140118-1 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.8.dfsg-1 Versions of packages gdb recommends: ii libc6-dbg [libc-dbg] 2.17-97 Versions of packages gdb suggests: pn gdb-doc <none> -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
